Shipping Information
Orders will be shipped within 3–7 business days after the order is placed (excluding the order date, weekends, and public holidays).
Delivery service hours:
Monday – Friday
08:00 – 12:00 / 14:00 – 19:00
No delivery service on Saturdays and Sundays.
During peak seasons, holidays, or in the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, shipping may be delayed.
For home delivery, the exact delivery time will depend on the courier’s delivery route and schedule.
For convenience store pickup, please collect your parcel within 7 days after receiving the arrival notification SMS.
Failure to pick up the parcel without valid reason may result in additional shipping costs, which will be borne by the customer.
