Members are advised to review such changes periodically. Continued use of the Service after any modification shall constitute acceptance of the revised terms. Both members and Globe Trotter agree that all communications, including expressions of intent related to the Service, may be conducted in electronic form. If you are under the age of twenty (20), please review these Terms with a parent or legal guardian before completing any membership registration or purchase.
1. Use of Member Information in Accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act
To ensure the protection of members’ personal information, privacy, and consumer rights, Globe Trotter will use members’ personal data during transactions in accordance with Article 8 of the Personal Data Protection Act. The following information is provided:

Personal data is collected for purposes including marketing, consumer and customer management, online shopping services, e-commerce operations, and statistical or research analysis (statutory purpose codes: 040, 090, 148, 157). Personal data may be collected during membership registration or transaction processes.

2. Membership Registration, Account, Password, and Security
To use this Service, members agree to the following:
Members must provide accurate, current, and complete personal information during registration and may not register under another person’s name. Each member may register only one account.
Members must maintain and promptly update their personal information to ensure accuracy.
If a member provides false or incomplete information, fails to follow instructions, or registers multiple accounts, Globe Trotter reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account without prior notice and refuse service partially or entirely.
Upon completion of registration or the first purchase, the member will receive a unique account and password. Maintaining the confidentiality and security of the account and password is the responsibility of the member.
Any login using the correct account and password will be presumed to be used by the member, and all activities conducted through the account will be the responsibility of the member.
Members must immediately notify Globe Trotter if their account or password has been compromised.
Members should log out after each session.
Accounts, passwords, and membership rights are for personal use only and may not be transferred, lent, or shared with others.
If an account is misused or accessed without authorization, Globe Trotter shall not be liable for any resulting damages unless such damages are directly attributable to Globe Trotter.
If Globe Trotter becomes aware that an account has been fraudulently used, it will immediately suspend the account, including any related transactions.
3. Privacy Policy for Globe Trotter Members
Member registration and other personal data are protected and governed by Globe Trotter’s Privacy Policy.
4. Changes to Service Content and Distribution of Newsletters / EDM
Members agree that Globe Trotter may modify, add, reduce, or terminate any part of the Service based on business needs and operational circumstances without individual notice.
Members also agree that Globe Trotter may add, modify, or terminate promotional activities and notify members using appropriate communication methods.
Members agree that Globe Trotter may periodically send newsletters or promotional emails (EDM) to the email address registered by members. If a member declines marketing communications after receiving such messages, Globe Trotter will cease sending promotional messages.
5. Suspension or Interruption of Website Services
Globe Trotter will maintain the normal operation of its system and services using reasonable technical measures. However, the Service may be suspended or interrupted under the following circumstances:
When maintenance or construction is necessary for electronic communication equipment
When unexpected electronic communication equipment failures occur
When telecommunications services used by the website are suspended
When natural disasters or other force majeure events prevent the provision of services
6. Transaction Notices
When members conduct transactions through this Service, they must follow the product quantity and pricing confirmation mechanisms provided by Globe Trotter.
Globe Trotter reserves the right to decline orders or cancel shipments prior to confirming a transaction. After a member places an order, the system will automatically send a receipt notification; however, this notification does not constitute final confirmation of the order.
If any product information or transaction conditions (including but not limited to specifications, descriptions, or images) contain errors, Globe Trotter reserves the right to reject the order within two business days after the order is placed.
If a member repeatedly cancels orders, requests unreasonable returns, or engages in behavior deemed inappropriate or harmful to operations, Globe Trotter may refuse transactions or permanently revoke membership.
If an ordered product falls into the following categories:
Pre-order products
Products marked as out of stock
and the order cannot be fulfilled due to supply shortages, Globe Trotter will notify the member through appropriate means (primarily email, supplemented by phone, mail, or fax).
Members conducting transactions through this Service may exercise their rights in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. Any ambiguity regarding these Terms shall be interpreted in favor of the consumer.
7. Limitation and Disclaimer of Liability
All functions provided by this Service are offered on an “as-is” basis. Globe Trotter makes no express or implied warranties regarding the performance, speed, completeness, reliability, security, or accuracy of the Service.
Globe Trotter does not guarantee that webpages, servers, domains, emails, or transmitted data are free of viruses or other harmful components. Nor does Globe Trotter guarantee that email transmission, file transfer, or data storage will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
